Veterinary Assistant/Practice Manager
Sue was an animal crazy kid. Her mom did not approve of large pets, so she had to settle for cats in the barn, cage birds in the parlor, and amphibians in fish tanks in the basement. Family legend has it that she married her husband to get ownership of his Weimaraner dog. However, they have stayed married for 39 years so their mutual enjoyment of dogs has worked! She has been to all 50 states and several foreign countries. Now her biggest travel problem is deciding whether to revisit favorite places or go for a new adventure. She has been active showing her Briards (French sheepdogs) in conformation, obedience, and agility for nearly 40 years. Currently she teaches dog obedience classes for Key City Kennel Club. The best part of working at the Premier Veterinary Center (for 21 years and counting….) is the opportunity to continually learn more about animals.
